The platform was developed by Lijo Isac, Founder and CEO of PickRetreats and Chief Business Officer and Director of Iris Holidays Group. His experience in technology businesses and personal exposure to wellness retreats helped identify the challenges travellers face when selecting suitable programmes.

According to Isac, the objective is to combine technology with professional expertise so that travellers can find wellness experiences that match their individual needs.
